Steve Pomfret | Founder and CEO
Steve has spent the majority of his career working within operational change within large banks and brokers, including Credit Suisse, UBS, Instinet and Deutsche Bank. He has acted as an internal consultant, troubleshooting areas to improve efficiency and minimise risk. Areas covered include emerging markets, investment banking, custody, fund administration, wealth management, trade finance and corporate banking.
Alex Walton | COO
Alex has spent nearly 20 years working in banking with the last 10 years concentrating on banking software development and implementation in large organisations across Europe. He is responsible for the product development of the Cygnetise application, liaising with our development team and clients.
David Dawson | CTO
David is the CTO at Cygnetise and is responsible for leading the engineering team and the company’s technology strategy. David brings over 20 years of experience in technology and software development, having successfully guided his last two startups to acquisition.
Damian Bell | Business Development & Account Director
Damian focuses on strategic account growth, which includes global corporates and regional firms in order to drive sales. He spent 10+ years in executive search, focusing on commodities and equities businesses (sell side & buy side) within Europe, as well as working for 3 years with a London hedge fund.
Ani Petrova | Marketing Consultant
Ani is a proven fintech marketing expert with a blend of startup and corporate background. With over a decade of experience at brands like CUBE, ARKK, Saxo Bank, and AllianzGI, she works with Cygnetise’s management team to navigate and execute the company’s brand-building and growth marketing efforts.
Amy Dron | PR & Communications Consultant
Amy has more than 15 years of experience in shaping and delivering PR and communication strategies for both early-stage startups and established corporates, specialising in the technology and finance sectors. At Cygnetise, she helps spread the word about the company’s innovative products and solutions and position the brand as a leader in its field.
Keith Hale | Director and Lead Advisor
Keith has 27 years of experience building fintech companies for the investment and security services markets. He co-founded Netik, acquired by Bank of New York in 2004, and sold Multifonds to Temenos in 2015 for USD 265M. Keith currently holds the position of Executive Chairman at TrustQuay.
Mark Hunt | Strategic Advisor
Mark is a growth business specialist, serial entrepreneur and Fintech investor. He was most recently Senior Advisor to Nasdaq and instrumental in the recent acquisition of Sybenetix by Nasdaq Inc.
