Steve Pomfret | Founder and CEO
Steve has spent the majority of his career working within operational change within large banks and brokers, including Credit Suisse, UBS, Instinet and Deutsche Bank. He has acted as an internal consultant, troubleshooting areas to improve efficiency and minimise risk. Areas covered include emerging markets, investment banking, custody, fund administration, wealth management, trade finance and corporate banking.
Alex Walton | COO
Alex has spent nearly 20 years working in banking with the last 10 years concentrating on banking software development and implementation in large organisations across Europe. He is responsible for the product development of the Cygnetise application, liaising with our development team and clients.
David Dawson | CTO
David is the CTO at Cygnetise and is responsible for leading the engineering team and the company’s technology strategy. David brings over 20 years of experience in technology and software development, having successfully guided his last two startups to acquisition.
Keith Hale | Director and Advisor
Keith has 27 years of experience building fintech companies for the investment and security services markets. He co-founded Netik, acquired by Bank of New York in 2004, and sold Multifonds to Temenos in 2015 for USD 265M. Keith currently holds the position of Executive Chairman at TrustQuay.
Mark Hunt | Advisor
Mark is a growth business specialist, serial entrepreneur and Fintech investor. He was most recently Senior Advisor to Nasdaq and instrumental in the recent acquisition of Sybenetix by Nasdaq Inc.
